Mr. Teryazos, is General Partner and Managing Director of Chrimatos. Mr. Teryazos was a former President of Jason Steamship Ltd. and is currently President of Letmic Management Inc., a Montreal based Financial Advisory Company specialized in emerging growth companies, primarily in the field of healthcare and technology, with close ties to a number of US and Canadian investment banking institutions, private equity funds and venture capital companies. He has recently assisted a number of US and Canadian companies in successful first and second round financings, public offerings and business development strategies. Mr. Teryazos has served on the board of a number of public companies, including companies listed on Nasdaq, OTC BB, and the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Teryazos is a graduate of Cornell University in 1965 and the Taft School.
